The MS Walk is an awareness and fundraising effort supported by Lighten the Load Foundation as part of its broader commitment to health advocacy and community engagement. While not a Foundation-hosted event, our participation through Stacey’s Village reflects both personal connection to the cause and a shared belief that meaningful change happens when communities move together.
Founder Stacey Garnes lives with multiple sclerosis every day. Supporting this cause with us means standing beside her — and beside countless others — in the fight for awareness, research, and progress, including her.
Every step matters.
Every donation carries meaning.
Join the Village. Walk with us.
